Duncan Eggar is the senior business advisor on Sustainable Mobility to the refining and marketing segment of the BP group. He joined BP in 1981 and for 10 years was involved with the design, construction, installation and maintenance of offshore oil and gas production facilities in the North Sea and on a posting to New Zealand. Duncan recently completed a two year secondment to the UK Sustainable Development Commission. |

John Gartner joined Plug Power Inc. in April 2000 as Manager of Test and Verification and was appointed Manager of GenCore Product Assurance in July 2002. Mr. Gartner is responsible for ensuring the quality of the GenCore product design and design process and verifying that the product meets customer needs and specifications. Mr. Gartner is a founding member of the Plug Power Spark Plugs, a group dedicated to fostering growth of a Learning Organization culture at Plug Power. Mr. Gartner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Union College. |

John Delfausse is Vice President, Package Development for Aveda TM, The Art and Science of Pure Flower and Plant Essences. In this role he is responsible for implementing the brand’s commitment to the environment by making environmentally conscious product packaging decisions, while developing a supplier base to partner with Aveda in this mission. Joining the brand in 2000, he has driven the packaging department to new levels of environmental leadership -- successfully reducing the amount of packaging used in production and manufacturing packaging with the most post consumer recycled (PCR) material possible. |

Bill Stillinger is General Manager of PV Squared, a solar energy design/install business organized as a worker-owned cooperative. He is Vice President of the Board of Directors of NESEA, the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association, and is Vice President of the Board of Directors of CONCORA, a professional musical organization. As a string bass player he heads up a jazz trio and other ensembles. Mr. Stillinger holds electrical engineering degrees from New York University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He retired from Northeast Utilities (NU) in 2001, where he was director of research and development. During his several decades working in a large corporation to promote renewable energy systems and ethical corporate behavior, he was largely responsible for NU becoming one of the few utilities in the country to endorse the CERES Principles. |

Sarah Severn was born and educated in England and gained a degree in psychology and biological science. For fifteen years she pursued a career in market research and advertising in London before moving into the field of corporate responsibility. In 1993 Sarah joined Nike European Headquarters to establish their Consumer Insights department. As a strong advocate for business and the environment she was invited to take on a newly formed role as European Manager for the Nike Environmental Action Team (NEAT) in late 1994. In May of ’95, she relocated to World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon as Global Director of NEAT. |

Jacquelyn Ottman, president of J. Ottman Consulting and author of Green Marketing: Opportunity for Innovation, helps businesses develop and market environmentally sustainable consumer and BTB products. Specific services include new product concept generation and evaluation, and marketing strategy development and execution.
